Applying for Nurse Jobs in Nursing School

I graduate from nursing school in May. Is it okay for me to start applying for nurse jobs now?

You should look into hospitals that have graduate nurse programs and start to get info on their deadlines. Some of them start accepting applications in December or after January. If you are graduating May 2013 I dont think you will realistically find anything until you are licensed unless it is for a grad nurse residency which have certain times they accept apps.

If you graduate in May you are probably still a bit too early. But come Jan/Feb, be watching for the new grad openings and applying early and with gusto. Good luck!
