Applying for licensure in another state after education in California

My question revolves around the mental health requirement. I've noticed that other states are showing approved nursing school as having a mental health clinical requirement, but I'm receiving my LVN education in California, and while we had a mental health class, we didn't have a formal clinical that went with it.

Has anyone had any trouble applying for licensure by exam or endorsement in another state after LVN education in California that didn't have a mental health clinical?

I completed an LVN program in California in 2005, and my initial LVN licensure was granted in California. I endorsed my license into Texas with no problems in 2006. Also, I endorsed my license into Oklahoma in 2008 with no problems.
