Applying for License in the USA

Published

Hello people, I'm in need of some guidance here. I'm currently in the process of applying for my NCLEX. Actually the California BON already has most of my requirements such as TOR, diploma, etc. The problem is I received a letter from CaBON stating that I still need to send my "Class Schedule of Nursing Program" from the school I attended along with the "Schedule of Clinical Rotation and/or log book that includes the locations, dates, and signature of clinical instructor".

Can anybody clarify what these are? To me it sounds like the RLE Summary(Related Learning Experience) since it states the course content of the courses in the nursing program at my school as well as the total clinical and classroom lecture hours during my education.

What's weird is the RLE summary was included in the same package that was sent from my school to CaBON a few minutes ago.

Can anyone please share any input on this matter? Are they talking about the RLE Summary or something else? I thought I had everything done, but then this letter came along and just put me at a standstill.:crying2:

Thank you for your time.

Remember you are not applying for NCLEX but to be a licensed nurse in the US, NCLEX is just a part of that process. Title of thread changed to reflect this
