Applying for license to be a PN in the US

Question: im trying for NCLEX-PN i have a question about applying for LVN, it says on the instructions we are the ones whos gonna send the papers of record of nursing program and transcripts along with the application but my school says they will be the ones whos gonna send it, which one is correct? what did you guys do?

also i graduated as BSN which one am I gonna use method 2 or method 3?

The school sends the school paperwork, you give them the forms. You probably fit under method 3. I would call them and ask to make sure.

Thanks for replying, actually i graduated in the Philippines so its still method 3? anyways, il take your advice il call them.

Usually transcripts go direct from school to BON or CGFNS depending on what is required.

Also add you are not applying for NCLEX but to be a licensed nurse in the US. NCLEX is just a part of the process
