Applying to 3 jobs at same hospital: but can only upload 1 cover letter

I want to apply to 3 differnt positions within the same hospital. They are each on different floors. I called all 3 floors and I have the names of the nurse managers so that I can individualize each cover letter.

Here's my problem. The system that the applications are sent through only allows 1 cover letter to be uploaded. In order to upload a new one I am required to delete the old one. I can't delete the old one because its attached to the first application that I'v already submitted.

Should I delete the one I have uploaded and just have 1 general cover letter that I submitt with each application with no nurse manager's names on it? I'm not sure what to do...
