website says in bold letters to submit application first. When I talk to fnp coordinator at school she says transcripts first bc application will be imcomplete. So which do I do?? What did your program require? Also do I have to wait on letters of recommendation to be done before submitting application? Because the letters of recommendation are sent directly from the recommender to school email. I'm confused. Thanks for any comments
Anyone know what to do???

From my experience, the order did not matter so much, as long as I turned everything in during the application period. Recommendation letter policy tend to differ from school to school. Sometimes they will want all of the rec lectters to be submitted by the recommenders by the same application deadline. Sometimes, recommendation letters can be turned in after the deadline but not too much later. You just have to let your recommenders know when the deadline is and hope that they will turn it in in time. I tend to ask for a rec letter a month out and then remind them a week before the deadline. If they have not turned it in within 2-3 days of the deadline, I might remind them one more time, very nicely, couple days before the deadline. This is just my experience though. You will need to carefully review the application instruction for the program you are applying to.

The people who would know what to do would be your contacts at the school. Get a specific order in which to submit paperwork and then do it. Every school is different, follow your schools recommendations.
