The only place to take a CNA class in the southern half of my state is the local community college and they only take 16 student each class and only 3 classes per year. The only way to get in is to have alot of college credits because students with 99 credits or more get to register first and then it goes down the list until it is full. Since I have my AA and over 100 classes I will be online immediately to sign up for it this coming spring. I would wait in line a couple hours early to get a spot.

I recieved a grant to cover the tuition and fees for the CNA course at a Tech college. However the class is first come first serve. Registration starts on Monday at 7 am. I was told the course is usually filled by 9am. I'm hoping to get there by 6 to make sure I get in to register, there is a line when the doors open at 7. Has anyone else lined up and waited a few hours to make sure they got into a class? If so what did you do to pass the time and stay warm?
