with labs, since it is "hands on" they are very specific with what you will need to know (which should all be given to you or in your book or lab book). so you shouldn't be left with surprises. for goodness sake, take a camera with you to each class and maybe a tape recorder. practice everything after each class and then some. you will do well! :)
ya AND with a digital camera, you can put it RIGHT up to the eye of the microscope so you can take a pic of the "whatever it is" cuz you will need to be able to look at a slide and identify what it is (of course they'll tell you what it is and you'll have to memorize what several slides are)

Hey all...
I'll be taking an accelerated AP I Lab starting Dec. 1st. I am taking it alone, without AP I because I already took it about 10 months ago, online, at a different school. I'm a little nervous because the AP I took online was very VERY easy and I need to know how to prepare for this lab because I am not sure I remember all that I need to. Any ideas on how I can do well in this lab? I have to get an A because I am applying to a nursing program Jan. 31st and it looks really good if you have AP I and LAB done. Thanks for the advice!!!
