anyone's husband also a nurse?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone's husband is also a nurse? I'm wondering because my husband and I are both going to be starting nursing school (finishing pre reqs now) and I am a little worried about how it will be with both of us working as nurses (schedules, stress etc). Anyone dealing with that? I'm not sure how flexible the hospitals are with letting you pick what schedule you work (so maybe we could coordinate them a little bit). thanks

I've just (and I mean four days ago) started nursing school and my husband is now mostly done with pre-reqs. He will in fact be taking the placement test for the program very soon. It works well for us, because we don't have any children right now and are still young. He's very supportive since school has already started out with a big bang.

I believe it will work for us in the future and like some of the other posters said we'll know exactly what the other feels when they've had a stressful day at work. Meanwhile, the support he's given me even up to this point has been awesome and I'm doing the same for him!
