Anyone work weekend cadre?

Just wondering if there were any RN's or anyone who know of an RN working week-end cadre? If so, where do you work and how much do your facility offer? I am starting week-end at my hospital but was very surprised to fiind out all they offered was an extra 4 hours in your paycheck. I need a better incentive seeing that I am giving up my weekends to work. Any suggestions...? Thanks

You work at HFH don't you? I was going to start weekend cadre in January but I'm holding off til next fall. Yep the 4 hours is a "bonus".

Yeah, I started this weekend and I like the time off during the week and a set schedule, but I just found out that at St John's they pay like 40 dollars an hour to work weekend cadre plus shift differential and weekend diff, that's a huge bonus!
