Anyone work at CMC or Presbyterian?

hello everyone. i'm currently an ob rn in rochester, ny and will be relocating to charlotte, nc. i've been a nurse for 6 years, and have 3.5 years ob experience. i would like to hear from any cmc and presbyterian rns regarding general working conditions at the hospitals, staff/patient ratio, pay rates and shift differentials, benefits, etc. i would especially like to hear from fellow ob nurses. also, please share pros/cons of living in charlotte.
