Anyone use their Treo 650 at work?

I was wondering if anyone owns one or uses something similar (sidekick? blackberry? pocketpc? palm?) at work and finds it so helpful.

I'm thinking of getting an all-in-one device for phone/messaging/email/reference and was hoping to get some feedback and hear if it is worth it and helpful on the job.

Starting my 1st job as a RN soon in peds onc and hoping to have a lot of reference material on me to help! :)

I had one of the original Treos. Loved it. But you need to check with your facility and see if you will be permitted to use it.

One thing that I do not like about all- in-ones is that is one part doesn't work, you have to send all of it in for repair and that can be a pain.

I use a Tungsten E from Palm. Have expansion card. Stores tons of reference books, ebooks, contacts, calendar. Love love love it! Got a basic one because I wasn't too sure I could work it, not being extremely computer literate, but doing better than I thought I would. Maybe will upgrade later.
