hi there!
i've been using nclexreview.ph for more than a month now, together with online ncsbn-learningext.com, among other readable resources like kaplan nclex-rn 2008, exam cram etc. i'm answering a lot of questions a day. i find them helpful, but among all of these we still have to study and really review the rationales of the nursing problems, the laboratory values, pharmacological terminologies and uses and the why's of every problem we encounter in the real practice. i guess it's the "critical thinking", they say, that will really help us pass the exam. and if you're still into it, i find it very helpful, if we still take note (write in a notebook) important facts we encounter during our review, like the random facts here in this website...very helpful, indeed!
goodluck to all test takers!!!

i went online and tried nclexreview.ph and it helped me pass the nclex-rn exam. it's affordable and its interactive. your right you do need to study and understand rational but this really helped me and i would recommend this site.
