Anyone test at Albany?

If anyone took their CPNE at Albany medical center, do you remember if when you wash your hands if the sinks have automatic sensors so that when you put your hands under they turn on and off automatically or if they have old style faucets with cold and hot handles.

Just trying to get into the habit of using paper towels after washing and throwing them away and using fresh paper towel to turn off handles.

Thanks

If you're testing at Albany Medical Center, they have the old style sinks, with handles. There should also be hand gel in the rooms or just outside the door. Pediatric rooms however, did NOT have hand Gel. ( My CE got a bottle and placed it where I could reach it, but the patient couldn't).

The rooms all had sinks in the bathrooms with old style handles but they had automatic paper towel dispensers. Also ask your CE to bring in a bottle of hand sanitizer into the room with you, since the sanitizers are located on the walls outside of the room. I tested and passed at Albany Medical Center with no repeats. I used an awesome program called Robs Review or RobsCPNE. He offers a great program which includes a study guide workbook companion, mnemonics, care plan templates, AOC and NSL videos, and monthly recorded tribe member Skype meetings. He also has an online 2 day virtual workshop. I owe my success to his program. Email me at [email protected] if your interested or have any questions. I have a link that offers $100 off.
