Nursing Students NCLEX

Hello Nurses,

I'm planning to take the comprehensive nursing review classes at Excell in Burbank this coming June. I'm looking for a study buddy (or study buddies) living near the Los Angeles/Valley area. Please let me know if you're interested. :) email me at [email protected]

Has anyone tried any review centers and know which ones are good too? I do hope Excell is worth every penny I spend.

Let me hear your thoughts. Feel free to comment.:cat:

Hi, I read your story and it's very inspiring. :) it's very hard to work and study at the same time but you did it and passed your exam. You deserve to celebrate. :) thanks for posting it. Congratulations again. :)

Is it too much if I ask for your email address? I hope you don't mind just want to ask you some questions if it's ok with you.

I'm Pinay too :) thank you sooo much. :)

Thank you :) sure, my email address is [email protected]

Hello rtishaii, I sent you an email. Thanks and congrats again. :)

I'm a spoiled brat. I hate studying. I'd rather someone study for me and just tell me the answers. This is the honest truth. I came up with a method I call, the Amina method. I basically used nursing process to figure myself out. I used NCLEX RN mastery app on my phone to Assess my weak areas because it was cheap and I could use it on the go. Diagnosed myself with knowledge deficit r/t nursing content, safety and infection control and prioritization. Made a plan to take Hurst to strengthen my understanding of

content. Implemented that plan and reassessed using NCLEX mastery app. Found that I was much stronger in all the categories but still had weakness somewhere in each one as well (because the app is a good microdiagnostic) and implemented a plan to take Excell review to cover everything else I may have forgotten waiting for my ATT. Excell was very comprehensive, and I honestly paid attention to everything because I was too lazy to study it all by myself. I followed the plan that they provided and took the exam 3 weeks after I took the review. I passed with only 75 questions. The instructors tell you everything that the exam is looking for... just pay attention. I'm seriously not the sharpest tool in the shed, I'm an average student at best, so if I can pass... anyone can.
