Thanks a lot, that makes me feel better. I do not start til April and I join in with the class that has already started. I guess its a little to soon to start worring:lol2:.
I did all my prereq's @ ccac north and west hills campus. I was going to go to CCAC but they only offer the transitional course every June and I did not want to wait another year and half.
Good Luck to you.
I work there, and I can tell you from what I've seen on the floor, the students are just awesome. Their Clinical Instructors are wonderful too. The one keeps asking me when I'm going to apply. She's trying sooooooooo hard to get me out of Lenape and into her program. Seriously though, it is a great choice, and if you give them 2 years, then they'll pay for your RN.
I applied and was accepted over a year ago. Unfortuantely, St. Margaret's does not have a lot of room, they take 50 RN students twice a year. I was told I would have to wait a year until there was space for me. No thank you, Shadyside took me immediately, and I still get tuition forgiveness.

Good luck to you. I guess it does not matter what school you attend as long as you are learning the correct techniques and getting closer to your goals.

I was wondering if there is anyone currently in or stating St Margaret School of Nursing Program?
If so can you please let me know how it is going and what to expect.
If there is anyone out there starting in April, are you nervous too?
Just looking for feedback on what to expect.
Thanks...:monkeydance:
