I graduated in May 2013 in CA, I've tested almost every 6 months, totally 3 times. I tested for my 4th time on 4/28 and couldn't go any longer and tried the Pearson trick last night, it also took my money. From what I've heard the trick is pretty accurate, even with all the changes in credit card submission. After taking this test 4 times now, I thought for sure I had done it. My last 2 questions were a UAP delegation and patient priority, I'm also pretty sure I got the last question right...then it turned me off at 75. I felt confident on a lot of the questions, and some I worked through to the best answer. I was in Ah last night when i didn't see the good pop up. Everyone is telling me, don't give up hope until you get official results. Usually I received my CPR within a week. My name is not up on the BRN.
Has anyone paid the $200, and found out they passed? Please post here!
Also, I've seen ppl talk about tutors. How do I find them, or what has worked for you?
I have done Kaplan, hurst, and the entire yellow Saunders book, as well as getting through 1/3 of a huge lippincott question book. I have LaCharity too, I didn't get to that book...however I am wondering if I have even gotten to any higher level questions on my test. I am lost. I'll keep waiting, but preparing myself to keep going and test closer than waiting so long as normal. I do want to be most affective in my preparation.
I find the CPR cards a little frustrating, because when I compare mine...some are complete opposites. And it makes sense...you take one test with a certain mixture of questions in "health promotion and maintenance" then the next test you have different questions...it's likely you could score well on the first mix and horrible on the second...but then the same thing that becomes opposite in another category....
I know I covered a lot in this post. So my main 3 topics are the PVT truck being wrong. Has anyone gotten passing results with a bad trick?
Any recommendations on tutors, if I've already done Kaplan, Saunders, Hurst?
Thanks in advance, and congrats to anyone to has past, first or 10th time...I believe it's possible. Just need some help!
