I just left the testing center. With all these factors NOT in my favor and getting shut off in the 90's, I do not feel in my gut that I could have possibly passed this NCLEX. There were no med surg question, no disease processes or diseases, no maternity/peds/ortho/endocrine/positioning/psych/integumentary/GI/cardiac, you name it. My exam consisted entirely of select all that apply, or your client teaching is successful when client states ____ and numerous dosage calculations for adults, mostly pediatric. Quite a few pharm drug questions all prompting to answer what the client understands about taking their med or attached to select all that apply. This exam having none of the med surg or anatomy or body systems made mine a nightmare. Has anyone had a difficult one similar to this and shut off past 90... and you actually passed? I don't see how I could have gotten enough select that apply and the math calculations correct to pass this exam. Several of my classmates exams did not have the type of test I had and ultimately passed. I'm just wrecked out on this.

My very last question was a select all that apply and it shut off at 83, I passed. It's hard to tell. If it passed 75 questions, it's still giving you a chance. What happens with that, it's hard to tell. I looked up my last question and I got them right according to my textbook. I was confident when I left the center, but then doubted myself on the ride home. It's hard to determine. Good luck.
