Nursing Students Pre-Nursing

I am willing to help any nursing students with their math or chemistry prerequisites. Any takers?

You should have a table in your text book about solubility rules. If you are still having problems write down an example.

Hi, Thomas I see that you reside and/or work in Albany, NY. I reside in NY as well and currently pursuing entry into Utica College/Accelerated Nursing Program. Have you ever heard of this school, if so do you have any tidbits/info to share about their performance/expectations and so forth?
Thank you in advance for your time if you respond.
I haven't really heard of those schools. Around here people go to HVCC and or Maria College.

I've never taken chemistry in my life before. Not even in high school. I'll be taking chemistry in the fall semester, hopefully you'll have something like this then!
So did I. It's a conceptual course and formulas to remember. Some educators do not require students to memorize formulas/elements. It was fun to learn how/why the chemicals interact biologically in the living organisms.
Cover your ears when students tell you that chemistry is hard. Sing 'OH Na Na.'
The general, organic, and biological chemistry were my favorite courses. :)
