Anyone from NC ?

I am from NY and working at my first R.N. Job at a hospital. My parents are thinking about moving to the Huntersville area next year in NC. I am tired of the cold weather and after I get my year in at a hospital I would consider moving there with them. Just wondering how hard it is to find a job there? Is there anyone that knows what they require in NC? How hard is it to find a job? I worked as an LPN for a year before I went on for my R.N. and am working at a large hospital in the ICU Nero. I could not move until next June so I would over a year and 3 months in.
