Anyone knows of St.Francis PCU in Federal Way?

Does anyone here know anything about working at PCU (Progressive Care Unit-step down from ICU) ST.Francis in Federal Way? I'd greatly appreciate any response regarding working there: environment, team work, nurse:patient ratio... or anything at all about that specific unit.
