anyone knows of a college that will allow me to transfer my credits

Hello- I have 53 credits towards a nursing program, and would like to know if anyone knows of a college that will allow me to transfer my credits and start a program immediately. I live in Michigan and have a year and a half left for my tuition to be paid in full.

If your credits are from a Michigan school, you can get a general idea of which schools will accept your credits and which classes they will count towards at www.michigantransfernetwork.org If you are hoping for more of your credits to transfer than are listed, or you're wanting the credits to transfer for a different course, you can speak with an admissions counselor about specifics (typically, they will only discuss in person though).

However, if the credits that you are refering to are specific nursing classes, I have yet to find a school that will accept those classes from another school. They will accept pre-req. courses and general ed, just not the nursing specific classes.

I know that some of the school websites aren't the easiest to navigate, but any school with a nursing program will have the entrance requirements posted (somewhere) along with info about what they will / will not accept from other schools.
