I was wondering if anyone knew of a link or source that would list nursing schools currently on academic probation. I am seriously considering going for my bachelor's degree (have ASN) and want to be able to check out the schools before I send them my hard earned money.....

Each state board of nursing (SBON) approves schools within the state. In PA, info is available at the SBON website

---check your state.

I knew you would have a link. Unfortunately, Indiana does not have as much information on its site as PA. I noticed that PA also lists all the actions taken against nurses and other health care providers... I wish Indiana had something like that...especially for doctors...
Indiana DOES have something like that for nurses and doctors:

MEdicare (MC) certified Homecare agencies are required to verify physician/nursing licensure BEFORE patient seen and to make sure practitioner without Medicare restrictions....that's how I learned this stuff. We I get to work this week will post a webite that has all physician links---also good UPIN lookup sites.
