Anyone know what kind of interviewing style Sutter Health Los Banos/Modesto have?

Hi everyone. I just wanted to ask if anyone know what kind of interviewing style sutter health hospital in los banos or modesto/sutter gould medical foundation?... has anyone gone to interview with any of these hospitals?

I'd like to have an idea whether it's behavioral (i.e. tell me a situation where you had a conflict with a coworker and how you handled it) or medical question, etc... Thanks for reading and answering!!!

well, i recently interviewed and have to say that other than it being a panel interview, it went well. they put me at ease and it felt more like a conversation with 5 other women. they asked the usual questions of why did i want to be a nurse, why did i apply with them, and a few scenario questions. i hope it really did go as well as i thought...
