I am looking for a good nurse's aid training course that doesn't take weeks to do because I have to work. I don't trust the course online. If someone could point me in the direction that would be wonderful.

Try your local community college, or a continuing education program in your area. Here its about 3 - 5 weeks full time, which includes instruction and clinical. I am not sure if you could do it online as you need clinical hours to get the certification.
