Hey all! quick question for anyone who's worked at a VA hospital while in a state monitoring program (IPN/TPAPN/PNAP/etc.).
I'm compliant, stable, and serious about staying that way. Monitored for having a positive marijuana test. Before I move further, I'd love some real-world perspective:
Did you disclose during application or wait for onboarding/backgrounds? How did leadership/HR react?
Anything you wish you'd done differently to set leadership at ease?

Overall vibe: supportive, neutral, or... complicated?
