Anyone heard anything from TCC for spring entry programs?

NOPE! I'm worried - but it makes me feel better, knowing I'm not the only one :mad: . I actually emailed the Nursing Department this afternoon because I started to think that maybe they didn't process my application or something (I put my application in back in October), but I didn't hear back from them today. I think I'm getting paranoid :bugeyes: !

Keep me posted if you hear anything, and I'll do the same. Good Luck!!

Still nothing on this end. That is pretty messed up that we have to be sick all week knowing that we find out sometime during the week and then friday comes and NOTHING.

I totally agree. I was really bummed today when there was nothing in the mail, and no email. Maybe tomorrow???

Probably not on the weekend. I called the school and they gave me a phone number to someone and her voicemail said "If you are wondering about your acceptance, check your email." So that scares me a little. But then it also said "If you dont hear anything by the 18th, give them a call." I'm wondering if maybe they are taking care of the full time students first. I have a million scenarios in my mind. I'm still trying to be hopeful. :bugeyes:

Well - I'm glad you got some useful info! It's good to know to be watching out for email. I had always thought the "acceptance" would come in the form of email, and the "denial" would be coming in the mail. Very brave of you to give them a call! I had somewhat convinced myself that contacting them was part of the "psychological warfare" that some schools employ - like, how long you hold out before contacting them might say something about you - or that they may change their mind on your acceptance if you break down and give them a call (just an example - I don't think that's the case with you!). :bugeyes: Yeah, I'm getting a bit stir-crazy! I feel like my life is on hold, and I don't know which direction I'm headed in. So, I guess we could find out anytime between now and Feb. 18th - that's not too consoling. :bowingpur

You'd think they could send out the same, simple email to all who were accepted - doesn't seem like it should be that hard to do. I agree with you about them contacting the full-timer's first. Good thinking!

Hey - did you find out yet? I just got my email and.... I did not get in :cry: . I really bummed. The bottom acceptable GPA went from around 3.29 last year, to 3.65 this year! That is a huge jump! I would have definitely gotten in, if I had only applied last year.

I sure hope your news is better than mine - I will keep my fingers crossed for you.

No, my news is the same. I was so close but no cigar. I had a 3.5. Sorry to hear that you didn't get in either. I'm going to keep truckin along and see what happens. Thanks for keeping me posted and hopefully we will both get in soon.
