Anyone hear from Massasoit yet?

Has anyone gotten their letter from Massasoit? I was hoping they'd go out this week, and the suspense is making me crazy!

Hey, everyone...I am waiting not so patiently, but calmly since I know that decision is already made! Today a letter came and I opened it with my back up plan in mind---know what it wasn't??? The letter about nursing!! It was an evaluation form for one of my courses that I am taking online!!!! I heard from one of my class members that they were supposed to be going out this weekend. Talk about making us wait...The radiology was decided a couple of weeks ago, with interviews I might add...

I already signed up for my CPR class thats taking place later next month and I'm just trying to keep buzy while finishing up my two classes.

I know, I am just trying to concentrate on the classes I am taking and what will be will be I guess???

Imagine what It will be like if we end up on the wait list?? I just read a thread that someone posted and said they were notified three days into the start of the fall semester that she was accepted. Now that is a long wait!!!! I don't know what to expect there were SO many applicants!!:bugeyes:

I am fortunate enough that I was accepted by my current school BHCC (but Massasoit is my 1st choice) ,so if get put on hold by massasoit then I'll go with my school.

My school had 900 applicants for Fall 2009 (way too many) because its in the city and everyone in around the city must have applied there lol.

How do you know that BHCC had 900 applicants? Also, do you know how many students are accepted into the day program at BHCC?

We were told that around 900 people apply each semester (students from other schools apply aswell) at the information session.

Remember that BHCC is located in Boston right where all the other Colleges and University's are and BHCC's Nursing Program is ONLY $10 000 to get an Assoc Degree for Nursing. Because of the great price, many people flock to this school.

There are 56 seats available, 28 Evening program, 28 Day Program (most competitive) and there is also a weekend program that they admit students into once a year. I cant rememeber how many seats that program has ( all pre and co-reqs need to be completed when applying to this program). The school will also be opening a online Assoc program maybe Jan 2010 (not sure about that date), but this new program will have clinicals and labs.

I never thought to ask anyone, How much does the Nursing program cost at Massasoit for the 2 years?
