anyone is going to saddleback cc?

Hi, I just wanted to know if there is someone else applying to the RN program at SAddleback college. I just finished my pre-reqs and 6 out of seven of the core courses, but I didn't get straight A's and they say there are like 300 applicants for 55 spots. I'm applying on september ...ohhh this is driving me nuts. I'm allready feeling the waiting nightmare and they send letters until the end of october. WEll just wanted to vent. HAve you heard anyone that got in with no straigh A's the first time?

Hello-wannabe- I don't think that the colleges look at where did your prereq's, only that they are finished and what grade you got. I could be wrong...but I have a BS from Cal Poly and they just checked that the classes were done. Unfortunately, I didn't get any brownie points!

It sounds like you'll have your science prereq's done this summer...you could apply for Saddleback's '06 Spring class. I also hear that Goldenwest has a good program and I think they might accept a larger number of students (don't quote me on that! :) I think Goldenwest also has a weekend program.

Hello!!! sorry for the late reply!!!! If you are planning to take another class with Anatomy take an easy easy one. Maybe sociology but nothing else!!! Good luck!!!

I know that this thread is a few years old, but I was hoping you could update me on your status, did you get into the program? etc. etc...
