I'm excited. Getting ready to fly out sat for the Amer Assoc of Critical Care Nurses' annual conference (NTI) next week in Anaheim.

I am goin as well. I am staying at the Disney Paradise Pier with my 13 year old daughter. We should put something on a message board at the convention. I am also leaving on Saturday. I used to leve in the area, and know it well.

I just got back it was great, my first time, overhelming, awesome, inspiring and humbling. The quality of nurses attending was remarkable, the speeches were amazing and I conquered the Tower of Terror. I attended great educational sessions, walkes miles, got the blisters to proove it and had agreat time meeting with Critiacal Care and Progressive Care nurses from all over the USA. I want to go to Atlanta next year, that is my first insight.

I especially liked the session on new and coming cardiac markers. . .

And the 'Screamer' at Cal Adventure was cool, too.

One of my favorites was Nurse Managers have Maslow needs too, I also enjoyed ACS and the snake bite presentation. I'm blaming Michael Stahl for the Tower of Terror, he told me I could do it and I did!!!. I guess I was powered by insight!!!

This was my sixth NTI and I am always amazed by all knowledge .........LOVED Nurse Managers have Maslow Needs........the speaker was GREAT!!!!!!!!!!

the ferris wheel was challenging enough for me!!
