Anyone experience muscle pain from work?

I was wondering if anybody has any experience with pulling a muscle at work or developing muscle knots.Its in my upper back area, the rhomboid muscles. It really hurts feels like always spasming...If anybody had the same experience please share and what you did to relieve. Thanks!!

I have found that strengthening my core muscles (abs and back muscles) through pilates really helps with body alignment and yoga is good for stretching and relaxation. I also wear MBT shoes all the time at work. They force you to maintain proper alignment and help to strengthen abs, back muscles and leg muscles. I never ache after work, even my feet feel good. :up:
