I just accepted a position as a contract RN with Rx Crossroads to do home teaching of self-injection for specific meds. It's only meant as a supplementary income, not full-time work, and I have to file my own taxes. But it sounds fairly simple, and it's for the city I currently live in. So I just wanted to see if anyone knows anything about them. I've investigated their website and know that they're based in KY. Hopefully there won't be any horror stories forthcoming... Thanks all!
Hi, do you know when we are supposed to get paid for our services? I didn't get paid for the one referral that I completed, so just thought I'd ask to see if anyone else knows what the payment cycle is. Thanks for any info!
They cut the checks on the 15th and 29th (or 30th?) of each month. And don't forget to fax in your teaching sheet that the pt signed b/c that's what they go by to pay you. Of course, if you send in your sheet only a couple of days before the deadline, then they might take until the next payperiod to get that one out to you b/c they have to proofread your turned-in paperwork I would suppose. Now, if it's gone past both dates (15th and 29th) and you still haven't gotten paid, then I'd worry. Myself, I would just call then to make sure they got the paperwork in the first place and possibly ask when it got processed so I could know when to expect payment. They seem to be pretty easy to talk to. I got mine in the mail 6 days after the check-cutting date. I had turned my paperwork in about 4 days before the deadline. Hope that helps!
