Anyone else waiting anxiously for March 23d?

Hi there,

I found out I am number 21 on the waiting list for SHC/Scottsdale CC Accelerated program for Fall 2010. I feel like I have been waiting soooo long! Tuesday can't come soon enough.

Does anyone know how they notify you if you make it in?

I believe, they notifiy you by e-mail. They also send out a letter. How long have you been waiting? I was under the impression that the wait time is drastically reduced if you are working for one or the partnership hospitals. I have been waiting since October of 2008. Two of my friends, one with a 6/2008 and one with a 8/2008 got in this past January. I am somewhat hopeful to be placed, but I have my doubts. Good Luck to you! How many seats do they have set aside for your program? If it's more than 20, you should get in, right?

Hi there, I was wondering also how you found out you were number 21? I was always under the impression that no one could ever tell where you actually were on the waiting list. Good luck to you. That program is my first choice and Scottsdale is also where I turned in my application, but I have a long way to go because of my time stamp:uhoh3: Good luck and keep us posted.

How do you find out what number you are? I'm sure I'm far down the list I have a timestamp of 06/09:(

Hi there,

I think they told me because I am a Scottsdale Healthcare employee. My friend, also an employee, found out that she is number 88. They did say that these are estimates.

If you aren't an employee of SHC, you should check the website. The number of openings has tripled in the last couple of months.

I am sooooo anxious about tomorrow! I've been waiting since 2008! I got a time stamp for Oct 2008... so it may not be until Jan 2011 :uhoh3:

Does anyone know what time they wll start the placement run today?

This is straight off the status page:

"We will be going offline anytime between 10:30-12:00 for fall placement.

Check your status later in the afternoon.

Email notifications will be sent to all that are placed.

Placed applicants will see a button on their status page to view their placement letter. Remember, we must receive a signed copy of the intent form before the deadline."
