Anyone else still waiting??? CHPN results

When did you take your test - in September? I took mine then and just rec'd the results 2 days ago (Oct 26). I passed!!

Yes, I took mine 9/17. I guess my results got lost in the mail I called and they are going to re-send my results, have to wait another week or so. I'm going stir-crazy. So far out of 4 others I know who took the test only one didn't pass.

I got my results the other day - Wednesday - and passed. I was very surprised I received it so soon - even though 'they' told us it would be around 5 weeks. Two hosice nurses at I had talked to earlier this month told me that when they took the exam - it was 10 weeks at least - and the delay was blamed on the hurricane that year....

Well, we had one this year too ... so maybe that is why there is a delay??

just be patient, i have taken the test three times, and it took longer to get the "you did not pass" notices back, than the you passed. Hang in there, as I got through it the 3rd time (and no, i had no problems in life with any other test, this one just bothered me...so i was persistant..and won) I passed this time...(and noted that my first failure had a passing score on this test....made me wonder why i did not challenge the first one..tsk tsk..)

What book did you use for study or did you go to a class ?

I would like to start studying
