Anyone else have major problems with getting their ATT?

Hello everyone!

I am having the hardest time getting my ATT. I'm in Washington state, and while I know that I've graduated fairly recently (June 12th, 2018), I was assured that I would get my ATT very quickly. I sent in my application to the state and my Pearson Vue registration in May. About half of our class got their ATT the day after graduation, including people who sent their applications in much later than I did. When I've called the state personally, they simply tell me to wait and that they'll contact me if they need more information. Finally, I contacted the Dean of my college, who told me that something wasn't right. When she called them, they said that "there must have been a glitch in the system, and that we all should have been approved immediately." They said that they would send it out again, and we should all have our ATT by that day. Again, three more people immediately received theirs, and the rest of us are still waiting. Pearson Vue insists they've heard nothing from the state, the state insists they've sent it off already.

I'm in a huge rush because I have my dream job lined up with a start date of July 23rd, and they'd like me to test by July 10th. No ATT still, and I've heard that the testing dates are 100% full in my area.

Has anyone else had this experience? Any advice about what to do next? I'm literally dying of anxiety with each day that continues to pass without being able to schedule. Help!
