Hey
I am taking it now with Prof. Wladis. I was bummed to take this class because I have taken a lot of college level math classes and thought this would be really a waste of time.
I have learned a lot about medication dosages, way to administer meds, IV infusion rates- It has been very helpful. I also took it online.
I have heard that it is not very good and descriptive when taking it in person.
I am applying to BMCC and unfortunately the Math 104 class is non-transferrable and I can't be in the city to take it in person. I'm nervous about taking this online but I am extremely determined to go to BMCC so I'm thinking about hiring a tutor to help me. How hard was the class?
Thanks!

I did a search and saw that a student took MAT 104 (mathematics for health) at BMCC online and it was a great experience. However, that post was from 2007 so it's kind of old. I tried looking for the class on the cuny portal but I've only seen on-site classes for the course.
Anyone know if they still offer MAT 104 online at BMCC?, or have you taken it online at BMCC? If so, could you share your experience and recommend a professor? Perhaps the semester that it usually is offered?
