Anyone applying to Mercer for Fall 2009?

Hey everyone,

I sent in my application for Mercer U(in Georgia) about 6 weeks ago and I'm a nervous wreck waiting to hear back from them. Has anyone heard from them yet or know how long the wait usually is? Or is there anyone else who is applying?

I'm applying to Mercer, GA State, and Kennesaw State, and I'd love to hear from anyone who is applying to, attends, or has gotten into any of these schools.

I lived in Ft. Lauderdale until I was 8, then I moved to Atlanta. Atlanta is a great city. I got denied from FSU, so I am staying here now. :) I am excited for all of us!

Well, I'm a native Floridian - born in Miami (Hialeah, actually) and pretty much raised in Tampa Bay (where I'm at now) and I'm dying for some new scenery! I haven't had a chance to check out places to live in Atlanta yet - any tips on specific areas are ALWAYS appreciated. LOL.

Well, the school itself is in Chamblee, which Im sure you can find some places around there. I would make sure you live in somewhat proximity to the school since atlanta traffic is bad. I am going to stay on campus.

Thanks for the tip!! I heard about Norcross too, so I guess my husband and I will be taking a trip up to Atlanta within the next few weeks and checking out the areas. Thanks again!

My parents live in Norcross. It is a nice area if you live in the right part of it.
