Hello! I'm new in this thread and I've read a lot of things regarding the process of applying in St. Luke's. Anyway, it's so sad to hear that SLMC are accepting applicants for manpower pooling only. I just had my psyche test last May, and is scheduled for the technical interview next week. After reading all of the posts here, I'm worried because like many of you here, SLMC is my dream hospital. So, what will happen now? Is there anyone here who's also in the process of applying? I'm still keeping my hopes high and staying positive. Only God has the final say.

I got some sort of communication with the HR VP of SLMC-GC. She told me about me being a reserve after I'm done with my medical exams/passing of necessary req's.. i felt sad since I may expect a call for training from them, let's say in about a year, either for QC or GC. I might try looking for another hospital, if not, any kind of job will do. *sigh*

I am scheduled for skills validation test next week I heard we are going to do return demo of the nursing procedures. Anyone here finished with this?Maybe you could share your experience..thanks..

When I took the psyche exam they told us to just wait for the panel interview and when I got a message for them they said I was scheduled for the skills validation test at the skills lab I'm not really sure now if it is the same.
