Anyone doing advanced practice care for dialysis patients?

hi everyone. i just took my first apn position with a busy nephrology practice doing dialysis care. there are four of us in the group and then there are several pa's too. so far, its okay. we have fresnius in my area (they bought out the rcg units last year). eventually, once i get my license (about 3 months from now) i will be responsible for about 200 patients at two different units. it sounds realistic to me. just wanting to know if anyone else does this job? what type of patient load do you have? are you doing any call? anything different than what i described? thanks for any information.
