Hiii -- congrats to you too! I def would like to meet up once I move! I will be moving the weekend of June 4-5th; Tia wants me down there a week early to get my drug test, paperwork, and physical done. PM me your email and we can exchange numbers and stuff! =) What specialty will you be in?

Hello! Just wondering what yalls pay and benefits were at st christus. And do how has it been working in your select specialties? I live in katy and plan to apply there when until i graduate (may 2013).

Well, we don't start until this coming Monday so we will let you know as time goes on! I already have my license (which apparently is the rarity here when you enter a new grad program - therefore, I make $26/hr base and then $4 for nights. New grads without a license make $23/hr.

wow thats great! im surprised to hear you get paid that much cause your not in the medical center you know? and i didnt even know st catherines had a cardiac icu, thats the floor where i really really want to work as a new grad. Well good luck to both of you!

Just wondering if there were any fellow nurses out there who will be starting the new grad internship at St. Catherines in June?? I will be working in CCU, and sounds like I start June 13th. Just wanted to talk to people about it since I will be moving from Massachusetts and it'd be really nice to get to know some of you!!

How's it going ladies that were just accepted. I'm guessing you're all done by now since this post was back in 09. I'm wondering how was the internship, was it beneficial and did you learn much. Also if you don't mind me asking, what were you girls' GPA when you got in to the program and were you ADN or BSN graduates?
