Anybody working or has interviewed for St. Barnabas in the Bronx?? HELP!!

I interviewed yesterday. I am a new grad. I got an email from the person who interviewed me in nursing administration and they said that they had forward my resume to HR and that I will get a call from them to continue with the process. Any idea how long this process takes? Is this normal protocol? I know the person who did the interview wants me because she told me but I'm scare about what HR has to say. :confused:

So I got a call from HR...I'm excited, im taking the pharm exam on Friday, so nervous. How's the job going?

How long after you tested did you get a hire letter or start date?
Well they gonna send u to do ur physical after successfully passing the test, they also gotta check your references..I completed my physical last week Thurs and I have no info on any start date, hire letter, or offer letter..

I am just curious to know as to when did you meet with someone in HR and took your med exam. Because I did so about 3 weeks ago and I haven't received a letter to take a physical.

When exactly do they give this letter? Right after the med exam or later on?

To my knowledge I was successful with the med test. Just curious!

Right after u take ur med exam and they tell u u passed, u then get the application and fill it out, then u interview with the HR director (all of this is the same day)..then after she interviews she gives u ur file to bring back to the front desk and they give u an appt date and time to do ur physical..its been 2 weeks since I did my physical and 3 wks since I took my med test and I still don't have a start date..what unit will u be on?

Oh wow!

They did not give me my file so I have no idea what happened with that. & I don't have a start date yet. I haven't heard anything from them.

I hope we hear from them soon. Keep me posted :)

Well I found out today that I won't be in the 2/13 orientation because its full and I also found out that the HR director has been sick..this sucks because the next orientation date is March!What unit were u hired for?

I am glad to hear you heard back from them. I do not know what unit I will be on if I am even on a unit. I just hope to hear back from them soon!

Idk when I'm starting I just know when I was interviewed it was right before the Jan orientation so she told me I'd be too late but I should make it for Feb 13 and the latest is the Mar 19 one..we'll see..
