Anybody know who hires NEW Grad LPNS in Daytona/Deland/Sanford Area?

I am a newly Licensed LPN Graduate looking to get my first job.

I live in the Orange City, Deland, Debary Florida area and I am willing to drive as far as Daytona Beach or Sanford, Fl for work.

Does anyone know of specific facilities or physicians offices which hire new graduate nurses in my area? I have literally gone door to door with my resume and asked about employment, at both LTC facilities as well as medical offices. I have experience with mothers and babies as a CPE and feel I would be an asset at an OB GYN office, but seems like I can t get anyone to give me a chance.

I graduated with honors, a stellar GPA and won three awards while in the nursing program, and have included that information as well as a breakdown of clinical areas/hours and the skills Ive learned on my resume.

I have been searching for work almost a month now, and without any success for so much as an interview. Im worried because I have loans due soon as well as bills to pay and kids to feed.

Any suggestions or insight as to where or how to go about getting a job in my area is most appreciated.
