Hello. I am set to begin a campus based MSN-FNP program through UOPX this September and am wondering if any nurses have gone through this program. Thanks:)

Just curious, are you going to be taking research?
Yes. Research is one of the core courses required for the MSN part of the program.

I am looking a UOPX - what made you decide to do that program over other programs?
For me i wanted a program that was campus based since I never took an online class before, cost, location, and the curriculum. This program is set up for me to take one class at a time in 6-12 weeks depending on the class versus 2-3 classes in a semester. I had started a MSN-FNP program at another school but am transferring because of numerous issue. UOPX will also accept up to 9 of my graduate level credits. I also liked the small class size (20) and the cohort way you go through the program. there is many, many programs out there and I really feel this is the right fit for me:)
Just looked online - our local "brick and mortar" UOPX doesn't have the FNP program

I am looking into doing a 15 month RN program & then doing Univ of Phoenix RN to BSN program. I'd like to look into certified nurse anesthesiologist or Family Nurse Practitioner-- do you know if there is an RN to RSN/FNP. If so, how long is the program, full time?
Thanks for your help!
