Any tips for interviewing with CHKD?

I'm a new grad RN. I'm SO excited because I got my FIRST call back after 3 months of applying for jobs:yeah:!!! It's pretty rough out here for a new grad. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has interviewed with CHKD and can give any tips. I'm interviewing for their physician's perdiem pool with two managers. I'm starting to get nervous! Please help! Suggestions for RN interviews in general would be appreciated as well! Thanks!

Congrats...are you nervous to start working. Have you worked in the field before?

Thank you! I am a little nervous. The only experience in pediatrics I've had was during clinicals in school and that was an inpatient setting. This will be the outpatient specialty clinics (i.e. pulmonology, endocrinology, allergy, etc.). I need to get reacquainted with pediatric assessment and developmental stages.

Hey, I have an interview this week at CHKD. If you dont mind me asking, how was your interview? I know some hospitals in NY make you take a med calc test. Any tips? Im ususally pretty calm at interviews but you know there is always that butterfly in the pit of your stomach. Any info on pay...if you dont mind me asking!
