Hi guyz! Next month I'll be applying for the Licensure as a RN, Im in Ca. right now but having some dilemma whether ill apply here in Ca or Vermont. Any suggestions?

What exactly is the dilemma? Are you considering moving to Vermont and you want to know about the job market?

Yes, what is the dilemma? Are you a US citizen, or are you applying as a foreign trained nurse? I only ask because so many of the foreign nurses post here about trying to decide between applying in CA or VT ...
Okay, I see on another thread that you (OP) are from the Philippines, so I'm moving this thread to the International Nursing forum, which is where we keep all questions having to do with licensure/practice in a country other than your own. Plus, that is what your question is about, rather than anything about the NCLEX exam itself.

Where do you plan on living? If staying in Ca then would suggest you apply to that state as you already have EAD and regardless if applying in another state but want to work in Ca you will still have to meet their requirements as a foreign trained nurse.
