Any San Diego RNs out there??

Hi, wondering if any of you work/live in San Diego. I will be moving there end of May and would like to hear some thoughts on hospitals in the area??

Please help!

You all need to keep in mind that there is good and bad in all hospitals. If you want to know how their care rates you can go to the Dept of Health Services and ask if there have been any complaints, look through the file and get an idea. Although JCAHO gets complaints also, DHS mostly does SNFs and other providers like dialysis.

It's also helpful to talk to nurses who have actually worked at the hospital and more specifically, the unit you are looking at, units vary as much as hospitals do!
