Any RNs from Ventura County?

Hi! I graduated last year and recently pass the exam last March. I'm just wondering if you guys know any hospital or LTC around the area that hires new grad/no experience? Thanks so much!

I just graduated this month and will take my NCLEX the first week in Jan. 2012. I'm applying to Los Robles. Having been hired there as a new grad yourself, do you have any advice for applying? Do you visit HR in person when you applied? Any info would be great, thanks!!!
