Hey, any PVCC students here either applying for the nursing program or still taking their prerequisites? Just curious to see if anyone here I can talk to that goes to my school or any maricopa college in the same boat as me. I am currently taking my last three classes, then I will be applying in May 2010. Yes I feel so close to it and I want this so, so, so, bad. I want this more than anything in the world. If I couldn't be a nurse I don't know what else I would do on this earth.

I am a pvcc student! But I just finished all my prerequisites last semester and recently got accepted into the asu nursing program for January. Good luck on your last three classes!

I just applied to nursing school with PVCC as my first college on my list. At the end of the summer i will apply to the Banner Fellows program, as i will have completed bio 202 and 205 :) I took some classes at PVCC, Scottsdale and online at Rio.

I just started block 1 at PVCC and would be happy to answer any questions I can (I'm still a newbie... but any info is good info I suppose). I waited on the lottery for apx. 1 1/2 years and was called last minute; about mid December to start classes January 19th.

So far so good. :)

Hey thanks alot. Not really to many questions now. I mean I know everything I need to do at this point to apply. I am on my last two prequisites now. I am just so anxious and want to be done with my classes already. I see you nursing students walking around in your turquoise scrubs. I am so happy for you guys and still so jealous. I can't wait until I can be wearing a scrub to class also. Again I am happy for you and hope that you will enjoy school because I know I will when I get to that point.
