Any Pinoys who can share experience w/ CVS -CGFNS?

I am about to send my Credential Verification Service application for NY. I'm confused because I've been hearing a lot about how long CVS is taking... one nurse experienced almost a year before it was sent to the NY Board. Some say it will take only about 4 months... So i wanted to hear from Filipinos who have actually availed of this service from CGFNS... I was thinking that this may be the fastest way to get an initial license than other State, but some comment that it is actually faster to get the Certification Program of CGFNS than the CVS.. Is that true? :confused:

if you applied for CVS/cgfns- newyork state... they will send the transcript validation form to the nursing school you graduated from right?

is the CES responsible for the evaluation of the transcripts??? :confused:
