Hi everyone, I am doing the pre-reqs for the nursing program at Baker college in Clinton Twp.
I know that the actual nursing program is very competitive so I am interested in branching out and trying to do the pre-reqs that Macomb Community College requires for their nursing program in case I do not get accepted at Baker.
Does any one know what these 3 programs transfer to at Baker?
Macomb:
HUMN 1700 Comparative Religions
PHIL 2100 Introduction to Ethics
PHED 2000 or higher Physical Education
I have checked on the Macomb transfer site and can not find these 3. I tried to look on Baker and could not even find a transfer credit area.
So if any one has done this transfer any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!!

I would check with Baker because I don't think a lot of classes transfer. I checked into Baker because I thought it would be easier. Then, my niece was attending there and she claims they lied to her. Something about the points. Anyway, to me Macomb seems to be more reputable and a great program (hopefully I'll get in). Plus, a lot less expensive.

I am also attending Baker and doing my nursing prerequisites. Will you be taking the NET in the spring? What classes do you have this quarter? I do not think that your classes from Baker will transfer to macomb equally (I could be wrong) but if you contact a counselor from macomb they will tell you exactly what will transfer.

Agreed, I may be a little bias because I graduated from Macomb, but I can't say that I have heard wonderful things about that program from students there. Are they accredited?
